Tuner signal strength

Newbie. I have a Sansui 551 that I'm working on. The FM signal strength is not displaying on the unit's meter.
The AM signal strength works. My question is what AC voltage is being transferred across TO4 that the signal meter responds to? 10.7 Mhz? Thanks in advance.

Yes detected IF 10.7 signal level.

Thanks Mike. I fed a 10.7 Mhz signal to the coil and then connected an oscilloscope at the coil output. I peaked the voltage of the coil. Removed test equipment and then connected an antenna. Behold the signal meter and the stereo light work again!
