Turn table band zenith mn2607

Hi I am unsure if anyone can help. I have a zenith radiogram and it has no band on the turntable and I cannot find what size I would need to buy. The size across the turn table is 11cm. If anyone has any ideas it would be great fully appreciated. Thank you in advance

That turntable doesn't use a belt/band; that's called an idler drive. The idler is the rubber wheel at the top. If the turntable isn't spinning, or is spinning at a reduced speed, the idler is probably dried out. It's also possible that the spring that pushes the idler against the platter is worn out.

No belt, idler wheel drive. You likely need a rebuilt idler wheel (Gary Stork at www.thevoiceofmusic.com) can get you one on an exchange basis and $35 or so.

Thank you so much. I have struggled so much with this as new to it. I just want to get it working as its a lovely piece to have in my living room. I was sold it working but it's a at very reduced speed I just want to play some records.

If it is running slow, the motor will also need to be cleaned and lubed.
