Hi, I'm struggling with turntable choice. I have a big, 2.5 or 3 meters long ikea rack. Floorstanding, on wheels. Heavy. Old so I don't remember the name. Hope you can imagine. It's like a multi shelf case but put on its side and on wheels. I want to get into vinyl, but I can't sell this rack and I don't have space for another one. So which turntable would be ok there? I'm thinking about thorens td-309 or avid ingenium plug and play. Thorens has springs in feet. Avid is just the same price point and I like the look of it though I don't know about its isolation. I thought about rega p6 too but it requires only shelf mount I heard and very demanding. What turntable should I get around the same price? Maybe something with springs in their feet too but the ones I found are more expensive, much much more (oracle or avid volvere). Can't afford them. Also wall shelf is impossible now. Also I can place my tt on a separate suspension plate but it shouldn't be too high as I'm disabled and I will operate it from the floor. What is the best isolated turntable for the rack I described? And I know people don't like ikea in hifi. I can't change it though as much as I'd love to... Thank you!
