Tweeter ID needed

Bought a pair of NormanLabs Model 8s at the local GW "outlet" today - I'm pretty sure these are the original drivers but over never seen a pair with tweeters like these. They normally have those hard plastic or metal circular Phillips tweeters- anyone tell me what these are? Thanks!
