Two New Used Tables

I've been looking at Bang and Olufsen tables recently. My first high end table was B&O.

Almost mint Bang and Olufsen 4004 with an MMC 20CL cart.


Then this Technics SL-1300 caught my eye mainly because of the Ortofon Gold OM40. The Ortofon had a bent and twisted cantilever, so trying to straighten it out, was out of the question. But I did find a brand new OM40 replacement needle for a good price.

Maybe I should spend more time in Spring Hill. I haven't found anything that nice in Lawrenceburg or Columbia yet.

The B&O linear trackers are very nice indeed.

I have a B&O 2404 with a straight arm and a Soundsmith MMC 2 - which is another $tory altogether.

It’s all the turntable I need.
Though I do have a few others. Naturally.
