Hey does anyone know anybody who services R2R in the metro Detroit Area? I think I have a motor problem in mine that is completely out of my relm of knowledge.
Also I was reading an interview with Rick Rubin and he said he uses a blank 4-5 min recording of an old reel to reel machine to help with the recordings he does. I would love to try it but with my R2R down any chance one of you guys could help me out and record a stereo recording of a reel to reel tape playing with just 2-3 min of black tape on it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thx,
Stan
