TX-1000D rack mountable?

technut

ACK!
Does anyone know if the TX-1000D tuner is rack mountable? Specifically does it have the same holes on the sides just behind the faceplate to mount "Ears" like on the RG-2 or CT-f1000? I hoping it does cause I really need some more room in my rack and I want to swap out my TX-7800 for one of these instead. I could not only save the room taken up by the taller 7800 but also it's rackmount tray as well; total height of the 7800 with rack mount is 7 1/2 inches, it looks like the TX-1000D might be half of that!

TX-D1000 faceplate is pretty close to 3 1/2 " tall.
I've been checking ebay for a pair of ears, but they always sell for some outrageous amount.
The sellers usually claim they'll also fit RG-2's, but I'm not 100% sure.
If they say they will, it means they might.
My ebay vibes are not too strongly positive at the moment.

Yes, the TX-D1000 Tuner is rack mountable and does use the same rack ears that also fit the RG-2 Dynamic Processor and the SR-303 Reverb Amp.

The CT-F1000 Tape Deck uses the rack handles to mount it to a SPEC rack, not the rack ears.

I'm one of those guys who has been selling his rack ears and rack handles on eBay for those outrages prices. I had my whole floroscan rack up for sale in the vendors classified section, but no one bought there, so I'm parting it out on eBay.

Heck, I wish I would've known.
I don't check the ads as often as I should.
