Boy am i glad the forums are back. A weekend is too long! does anyone know where I can find a TX-7800 main board for my ruined tuner? Mice got into this one and their caustic piss ruined a large portion of the components. Just normal resistors/transistors/caps I could deal with, but they got the tuning capacitor too, which I don't believe can be salvaged. Any ideas or places would be appreciated. I will keep checking ebay, but I haven't seen parts for this tuner ever. Thanks in advance. BTW, thanks to Larry for the help with the 828. I got that sucker dialed in to near perfection. I had to replace one of the trip pots, but no biggie. Thanks.
