Dream catcher.
Picked up a GIANT and exquisitely clean University Loudspeaker Baton today that I found on CL It's a monster sized speaker with horns and a baffled woofer. Does anyone know much about these? The folded-horn midrange is a Cobraflex-2, the tweet a T-60, and I am not yet sure of the bass driver since it is difficult to get to.

Can anyone comment on any experience with University Loudspeakers?

Will post a few pics when I get a chance and the bass driver info too.

Raphael, if it is a lowboy, then you have a University Dean. The tall version, and the really big boy, is the Classic. When you pull the facade off the front woofer section, you should see a University C15W in all its green and gold glory.

I have seen them in mahogany, black, and prima vera. What flavor do you have, and what are you running it with?
