Updated System

Here is my system updated with a pair of Apogee Centaur Majors that just made they're trip home after being restored by Brian Salazar of Holt Hill Audio (Baco99). I have them set up with the ribbons on the outside. I have read that Apogee recommended that the ribbons be on the inside? I'm going to audition both ways and see what sounds right for my room. Thanks again to Brian for a superb restoration on these classic Apogee's. Also, thanks to fellow AK'er Carl (liteagilis) for selling them to me, & his wife, who didn't like them because they blacked out to much light from windows.

I believe that's Niel in the foreground and it looks like 1975 is displayed in the lower right corner.

Yes it is Rush but 1974

I switched the speakers to the recommended set-up with the ribbons on the inside. It expanded the soundstage considerably.
