USB Audio Controller?

I have a Creative X-Fi XtremeMusic card in my computer, coupled to a Technics SE-TX100 amp (going biamped soon as I have two of them) feeding my Pioneer HPM-150's, I'm seeing if anyone knows of a USB auxiliary volume knob controller that I can hook up to my computer to have a physical volume knob rather than just the virtual volume control on-screen?

One that has a headphone jack would be optimal, just seeing if anyone knows of such a wonderful device!

Lose the Creative and the bloated software and drivers. Be happier. Most such controllers are happiest with MacIntosh OSX and Pro-Tools on real pro hardware based systems.

What I was originally looking for in this thread is a physical volume knob that can sit on my desk, the on-screen Win7 volume control is too small, and the Creative interface is gorgeous with no effect to my computer's performance obviously lol, just would like to have something to adjust volume without having to switch screens

How about a remote for your PC? I use an HP model that works with an IR receiver via usb.

I've got a remote, I just feel lazy using it when I'm right here using the computer haha

I have used a lot of these and they work great. You can also assign different actions to the knob in different applications and it presses in to select too.

The Griffin controller is popular for some of the Ham Radio community with remote controlled radios they operate from other locations via the Internet, too.

Here's another option that's not quite USB-based but targets the home recording crowd. Lots of functionality and a remote desk unit. A lot of times, I use the FireStudio audio strip, Firewire based, and its remote control device because it sits on the desk.
