Valhalla power supply in Thorens TD166

Picked up a Linn Valhalla power supply and was going to mount it in a box as an external power supply for my Thorens TD166 MK VI. Wil it run the motor ok or will I have to change the motor.It's an AC motor I think it's 16v but not sure. Any help guys, thanks
