Value of McIntosh C29 preamp?

I'm looking into a McIntosh C29 premplifier that I have to make an offer on. The unit has a new faceplate and the chassis is in excellent cosmetic condition. The treble pot has a little issue (bad static when adjusted, need to tap it to calm it down, may need replacement/resolder or just dirty) but other than that the preamp looks and plays excellent. What is she worth?
