Value of Polk SDA 1?

There are some Polk SDA 1's for sale close to where I live. Guy wants $400 for the pair. Does that sound a bit high?

Haven't auditioned them, but they look alright cosmetically. Grilles could use re-fabrification. No SDA speaker wire.
