Van Alstine Omega III 440hc and Pat 5 value

Anyone know what a good price on a Van Alstine Omega III 440hc amp and Pat 5 preamp would be. These are super clean and built by Mr. Van Alstine. (not a kit) The Pat 5 has a black anodized cabinet that matches the Omega III not the silver Dynaco one. Seller is asking $750.00 for both. This seems like a lot for the money but not sure what the going rate is because there doesn't seem to be many of them for sale. Thanks!

I owned a 440hc for years and its a terrific amp. Was like $1,200-1,500 when new. Still, I think $500 would be more reasonable for that pair, personally.
