I just had a really nice experience buying a small item (Ethernet Switch) from jhoak. I wasn't sure if I could use it for my application and after exchanging a few pm's he told me how to make it work. I needed a couple Ethernet Cables that he made up for me, I'm sure he didn't make any money on those, along with a couple other items that were also high quality and dirt cheap.
Packaging was excellent and I had my items in three days! You can't beat that!
The best part of the deal was how very personable and professional jhoak was when I was in contact with him. A very nice guy and a very smart guy too. I really look forward to dealing with him again.
