Here’s a website of how to use it for anyone who comes across this thread. The video shows it in action but doesn’t give any explanations so I had to freeze the video and zoom in on what connections he was using. Mine has a different layout but similar connections.

I have two meter movements from Precision Apparatus EV-10 (not EV10A) in Western Australia.

Both are refugees from Perth Technical College and taken to a better home than the one that would have eventuated when the college relocated circa 1980.

One is fully functional and has calibration errors form 1970's inscribed.

The other is missing the zero adjuster. This one’s meter movement sticks a bit around the zero position but the ballistics are otherwise normal.

Both are in good cosmetic condition, showing a little of their cossetted life at a technical college. Time they had a new home....

Correction: the incomplete meter is OPEN CIRCUIT. The other is normal.
