Never heard of vic flick until tonight watching pawn stars, but just goes to show, you dont have to know who a musician is for him to have had an amazing career. Turns out this guy played one of the most famous riffs ever... The james bond theme and also played on hundreds of albums and movies.... Including a hard days night. He was on the show to sell his 1961 fender strat. Great episode because of this. Look it up! Makes me want to go search goodwill for albums with vic flick on it. An expert on the show mentions that he guided jimmy page looked up to him in the day.

Just goes to show you how little or how much stardom is worth. A lot of one-hit-wonders who did less than half what he did, are much better-known. What did Paris Hilton ever do, besides be born rich, then take her clothes off and be slutty?

Glad to see he's getting a little more recognition, even if only from a somewhat silly TV show.

If you go to his official site theres some interesting links to interviews and songs he played on. Im glad he has gotten some recognition lately.

I saw that and he looks to be a really nice guy. I was surprised at all the things/people/films he has been involved with. He sold his 71 Fender for 60,000.00 if I recall correctly.

Not sure I saw that episode, but they do get a lot of guitars there.

Rick is the man, Corey and Chumlee are punks.

Anyone see the episode with the hat from Ronnie Van Zant/Lynyrd Skynyrd?
