Victor JVC QL Y7 or Y5. Power button problem.

Hello,

My Victor QL-Y7 developed a problem - When power button is up (OFF position) the speed indicator on the platter remains on and speed selector is operational.
The tonearm seems to be depowered. I checked the switch - it is fine.

Any ideas how to fix it or where to look? I think Y5 has the same electronics so if you had a similar issue for Y5, should be applicable.
