Victor SX-3iii....bad tweeter

Picked up a pair of rare Japanese Victor SX-3iii speakers off of craigslist earlier today. Paid next to nothing so I didn't bother to even listen before purchasing. I'm now realizing I have a bad tweeter in one of the speakers and I'm wondering if its even possible to find a replacement. Anyone have any ideas on where to look or how to go about sourcing one? A quick search using the model number of the actual tweeter itself renders nothing on both eBay and Google. I know these aren't all that common in the states but I've heard they were like the Dynaco A25 of Japan so I'd expect there would be parts floating around somewhere. I'd really like to have a working pair so I can hear what they're capable of. Any help would be much appreciated.

Japanese Victor is JVC, they're no longer in the home audio business. Have you checked the tweeter with a multimeter (or swapped cabinets) to ensure that the tweeter is bad? If you've confirmed it, your best bet may be to find a new pair of tweeters that are close, and replace both.

Apparently, these have been discussed many times here. Maybe look through those threads and see if anyone else has found a replacement.
