I use the following wireless HDMI extender to send video from my PC to a new 43" Vizio TV in another room with the TV connected to a sound system.

I also use this HDMI audio inserter to feed the audio to the TV as I have other analog sources I use.

The issue I have is shown in the video.
The background on a monitor connected to the PC looks like this, however the blue is a little more noticeable on a newer TV than what is shown on this older Sharp.

I figure the HDMI extender may be causing the issue.
Is there a wireless HDMI extender that doesn't exhibit this problem?
I don't need any resolution above 1080P, the distance needed is maybe about 100' and there's three walls between the transmitter and receiver.
