Vintage audio tech in Kansas?

I dont know how many Kansas folks lurk around here. I could use some help. Im looking for recommendations of repair shops around Kansas. Id prefer close to Wichita, but I'd travel for someone I could trust. I've tried one shop here in Wichita, and got burned for a couple hundred bucks. Live and learn I guess.

Thanks
Justin

Yo Wichita dude! I've struggled with this a lot too. Personally I send out most stuff. I have used forum sponsor Paul at Many Moons in Tulsa and Bill Hirsh in Indy who is also a member here.

What are you needing fixed? I'm going to Tulsa a week from Tuesday and I could take something to Paul for you to avoid shipping one way.

Why not bring the gear to Twangfest in Gardner, Kansas? It's only about five weeks away. We have talented techies in attendance...

Thanks Woody, I may take you up on that, I have a couple turntables Id like fixed I also have a SX1050 Id like to have gone through and recapped. Its a shame there isn't someone in Wichita that can handle stuff like that. I have noticed some pretty cool stuff on the Tulsa Craigslist I've thought about making a trip down there myself

I'll check into Twangfest Splatter Pak.

Hey Justin, I am in Wichita and I have several connections none in doodah, but let me know what you want worked on and I can point you in the right direction.

Hello warriorpoet77! Found this post while looking for help on tube amplifier repair in Wichita. Seems few and far between. If you still have any contacts that would be much appreciated.
