Vintage concave tweeter question??

Hello people!!
Does any one know of any companies, other than Genesis and EPI, that made vintage-era concave tweeters?
I picked of a pair of vintage concave tweeters, that look quite close to the original EPI micarta concave tweeter....slightly different build though?
Someone told me that the English firm EMI, at one time made concave tweeters?
Any ideas?
Do not have any pics...yet.
THANKS!!

The only EMI tweeters I have seen are concave, but that's simply because they are cone tweeters. That'a a joke....
I've seen several different iterations of the EPI tweeter, even of the old masonite one, so its possible that you simply have an odball.
How about a picture?

I really do not think it is an oddball EPI.
It has a removable diaphragm.
I have NEVER seen that feature with an EPI or Genesis tweeter?

Burhoe Acoustics tweeters were (are) inverted. Not surprising because of course Winsloe Burhoe developed the tweeters for both the EPI and Genesis models.

Wow, we've got an actual mystery tweeter here?
I check out Burhoe Acoustics, including lots of tweeter pics.
But while his Burhoe Acoustic tweeters are concave, they look nothing like his old EPI tweeters....much less my mystery tweeter?
To be continued......

Here's my collection of EPI/Genesis tweeters, FWIW:

There have been a few other concave tweeters besides Focals (or cones, Nat!)... I'd have to dig around to "remember" them, though.

I have the same two Genesis and EPI tweeters, as your bottom two.
The mystery concave tweeters look like your micarta EPI tweeter, EXCEPT that the center is removable, via three screws, to be able to replace the diaphragm.
To be continued.....
