The listing text mentions Criterion, which was a Lafayette Electronics house brand. That chain went under around 1975. They might be worth researching. The logo looks about right; I found this on the web:

They look well made.
Considering the roughly the style and the color of the grill, if it's part of the Criterion line, they could be Criterion 4X, 5X, 80, or VI or several other models. Back of the cabinet where the speaker connections are, you will find the specific model number of the speaker.
We officially closed the corporate Lafayette chain in 1981.
In reference to your picture of the Criterion 150A tag, the 150A's were Lafayette's version of the AR speaker line. The 150A's needed at least 15 watts of real power to sound halfway decent.
