Hello fellow AKers,

I am a Media Studies graduate student working on a comprehensive project on headphone culture.

Does anyone in the community know someone with an extensive collection of headphones from the until now? If so, it would great to connect.

Maybe not extensive, but unusual ... any "comprehensive project" should dedicate a chapter to quad ... lots of brands in the day, but these were fairly rare.

Capehart CH4C Quadraphonic

Basically two sets of phones in one, with the drivers offset and two plugs for a four channel receiver or deck. Massive things, but surprisingly comfortable.
