Vintage JAPAN driver identification?

Anyone recognize these vintage made in Japan drivers? They have rubber strips on the back of the cone visible through the speaker basket. Treated cloth surrounds. Rubber outer mounting ring. about 10"

Want to make sure I'm not getting ready to throw away something someone need to make a restoration.

I would guess these woofers were made by Foster/Fostex who made most of the drivers for Radio Shack speakers back during the 1970s and 80's as well as Lafayette and Fisher branded speakers back then. If the chemically treated cloth surround is still supple and pliable then these could be a decent woofer, but if the surrounds have stiffened and become hard they would need to be cut away and replaced with foam to revive these drivers.
