Vintage Jensen Speakers - Trying to ID!!!!

Hi - I just received a pair of late fifties or early 1960's Jensen speakers that look to be a 4 or 5-way custom kit build of a Jensen factory set. Each cabinet has two crossover adjust knobs on the back.

Pix is attached. This one on the dolly is top down. Pretty heavy and rear panel unscrews from back.

Did you search for Jensen speaker plans and find anything similar?

Those l pads on the back don't look stock.can you get the model numbers of the drivers and crossovers.on the speakers I can see numbers stamped on the frame .they do look diy.any help with the above information we can decipher what you exactly have.

Those are the same L-pads as my Jensen 1965 speakers, but yours are most likely earlier vintage than that. Could be enclosures custom made, DIY enclosures and raw speakers or speaker kits were rather common then. Be wary of the wiring from crossover to speakers, it is easy to mismatch the polarity. Also, you might want to recap. You will likely find you have to pry open the metal box to find out cap values, but the inductor is likely still good.
