Tech-Wiz shows a manual for a Model 500 and a Model 600. But doesn't really say what they are.
If these are indeed integrated amps (preamp+amp), then power output for the 500 is likely to be around 50-55w, and 60-65w for the 600. This is usually the way Kenwood numbered things in the 70's. In addition, the highest-power integrated that Kenwood made was the 9100, rated at 90wpc, 100W driven. If I am wrong, pls correct me, but I don't think Kenwood ever made one with more (we're talking 70's here...)
Kenwood made a lot of stand-alone amps with more power, but not in the 70's (if I recall). Digging up info on amps this old is getting harder and harder.
As far as guessing output from weight, not very accurate method.

Especially since the 70's gear was all pretty hefty, even the little 25wpc amps weight at least twice what you would expect.
This may help a little...total power consumption. Really, really inaccurate, but given the overall efficiency of 70's Class AB amps, and allowing to preamp/control power usage, and the standard UL fudge-factor (overguess the amount), you can get a ballpark idea of the output by viewing the rated maximum power usage given on the back of the unit. A 35wpc amp would read about 150 - 250W, a 60wpc amp about 300 - 400W. A 100wpc amp should be around 550W - 600W total power usage.
A really piss-poor guide, but basically you can see that, if total power consumption on the rear of the unit is given as 200W, you know for a fact that it can't be a 100wpc amp.
