Vintage MW console crossover help

I have this Montgomery Ward console , but have no wiring diagram for the crossover , when I got it, the outputs were plugged into the end with 4 wires , I figured those were the midrange and tweeter outputs because of the caps , and the center wires were the woofers because of the inductors, but the inductors are connected at the end tying the outputs together? anyone have any ideas?

Where does that black wire that taps-in between the coils go?

My assumption is it is ground , after experimenting I have found the 2 inner terminals on the 4 terminal end are dead , I thought they might be the horns but no sound coming from them

Can't help with the crossover wiring but I was gifted a pair of speakers some years back. No sound from the tweeters and one woofer was totally dead the other read at around two ohms. Not good for an 8 ohm woofer. I checked the tweeters bypassing the capacitors and all were fine. I don't know how often it happens but the caps were burnt out. Since they were rated at 20 watts max and the woofers were shot I'm guessing someone tried to feed them too much power, though I'm surprised the tweeters survived. Maybe part of your crossover is fried?
