Vintage Panasonic KP9876R speakers?

Only what I can infer. The lack of cabinet depth, Masonite backs and the captive wires scream "cheap" to me. At that price you can do better.

With very few exceptions, Panasonic speakers are on the low end of the quality scale.

Here are a few in your area that are a much better buy:

Polk
Wharfedale
JBL
And this guy has an assortment

If they dropped $100 off of the price, I would still have to think about it. And then probably not.
