Vintage Pioneer CS A31 crossover, Upgrade?

Hello, I bought a pair of Pioneer CS A31 speakers and was wondering about replacing the crossover, nothing custom but replacing the outdated stuff. Any advice on what should certainly go or what can stay? I have not touched speaker crossovers yet. Also, any special internal speaker wire I should/ can use? Thanks!
