First time posting on audiokarma, thought id share my set up and get some opinions! Currently im using:
-Pioneer SX-535
-Pioneer CS-500G
-Technics SL3200
After using the Ortofon 2m Red for some time, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I went with the Grado Black3, and decided to return it. While I appreciated the low end and warmth it offered, especially since I listen to jazz records, my system is very warm sounding on its own and thought the overall sound was too muddy. I got the Ortofon 2m Blue instead and thought it would be a nice match for a vintage system. It should arrive next week. Did I make the right choice? Any suggestions/opinions greatly appreciated!
