Vintage Utah D12P Mystery

Hello all!

I have a bit of a mystery on some vintage speakers I just discovered I own.

One is a Utah D12P with a strange ID Code - 106270-2 stamped inside on the cone. The other is an Altec 415A Biflex.

I can't seem to find info on the Utah, the badge says "Over 30 years.." which I believe would date it in the 50's
or 60's?

2nd question how do you remove the blue cap on the Utah without damaging it? I'm thinking the proper ID Code may be beneath it.
