Vinyl Engine Website Question ... Anyone GOT PULL - LOL

Hi all .... question - anyone have any info on how to contact a Board Administrator on the Vinyl Engine site ? I have been a member of the Vinyl Engine website for over 5 years and I just started having issues logging on to download a BIC 1000 Manual - it says my account is in Active ( the site does state it will do that after a certain time period but I have logged on numerous times over the last year ) - It also states if you are having issues logging on to please contact a site administrator ...... but there is no listings of such and or how to go about doing this ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you much in advance for any help.

First off Dswanky - thank you very much for taking the time to post a reply - I just tried everything you listed and even tried to Re-register - I just hope that the site does not take it like me trying to Register a second account and lock me out :(
 
I believe their sister site "HiFi Engine has been having issues with certain folks not being able to log in, usually revolves IP settings & or VPN issues for folks in other countries.

Several threads created lately by folks from the EU
 
Dswankey - funny thing is ... I can log on to HiFi Engine w/o issue, but when I go thru their site menu to Library or Manuals (forget which one ) it asks for the log on info ????

Are you using a vpn?
I can log in there but can't download anything unless I turn off my vpn.
Oh, they are very vocal about trying to register a 2nd account there.
 
After reading of recent issues on both sites, thought I'd confirm downloading works fine for me.

No vpn used here but I recall Jas having issues from certain countries and had the impression
that they were lumped into one "un-allowed" group at one time.

Register with another account and you'll be banned, just FYI.
