Vinyl only spin list

Might as well toss on Blue Grass Style while I'm in the Monroe mood. This is a much earlier recording on Vocalion (Decca records) simulated stereo.:D If you can see it, on the cover, the "Gibson" inlay is gone from his mandolin headstock. Story is that he got in a fuss with Gibson over some advertising dough and dug it out with his pocket knife. The rest of his Bluegrass Boys followed suit.:yes:

Easter Everywhere is their best IMHO. You should be able to find a really nice reissue on Getback Records for not too much. Originals for for over a 100. Be warned that it's not everyone's cup o' tea. They have a jug player that just goes nuts. I personally really like all their records and would say that I am a fan.

Rick - listening to Rush PRESTO on vinyl right now =)

I'd heard the originals are really expensive, didn't know there were reissues available. I figured I'd have to buy some of those shiny silver thingies (heaven forbid). :D
