Found a Voice of Music 1484 receiver on CL. Seller is asking $75 but reports that it won't power on. Not much info to be had on the internets about this model... that's gotten me even more interested in it. I'm a sucker for the older, (sixties-early seventies) not-so-well-known solid state stuff.
The power issue could just be a bad cord or switch... that's a gamble I'd be willing to take, but not at $75. Thinking of offering him $40.
Anyone here know much about Voice of Music's stuff? I found plenty of information about the company, but I'm looking for current experience with these half-century old units.
