VPI Scoutmaster adjustments......

Is there anti skate on VPI Scoutmaster?
I was listening to my dads table, Scoutmaster, JMW Signature stock arm with a dealer installed (3yrs ago) Benz Ref 3 cart.

The last track on album is a bit distorted and I assume Antiskate would help but I leave setup to others so what do I know?
Anyway if last track sounds bad is it AntiSkate and if so can the VPI Uni Pivot arm be adjusted for this and if so how?
And if it isnt that what else would you look into.
My table expert (and he really is extremely good at it) will be over for my dads birthday Saturday but I really dont want to get into a big thing during my dads day though that would be a hell of a gift.
If you have any ideas I can pass along to my bud it would help as maybe he will know and maybe not but he is an SME V guy and I know he never has owned a VPI product but he has all test albums, scales, strobes and Protractors but anything you can advise would be great thanks!

Not unless one's been installed. It would be mounted on the small J-box that the tonearm cable plugs into, and looks like this:

For most applications, however, VPI recommends using a few twists in the tonearm wire instead of the more cumbersome mechanical anti-skate, as quoted from one of their manuals:

VPI has a unique solution to anti-skating: the coiled wire of the JMW Memorial Tonearm acts as a spring and pushes the arm back without affecting the sound quality.

Thanks Ted, but what confuses me is if it doesnt affect sound quality than how can twist of wire improve it? And if it will help do you have any advice? Like what way to twist and how many times and such?
If the last track sorta sounds a bit distorted is this the ideal solution to begin with?
Thanks so much, not my table so I am not familiar with it but dad isnt an audiphile just a quality music lover.
