Got a W-5-M Heathkit in need of an output transformer. The original died and the old stock and used are nearly unobtainium at least at a reasonable price. I'm more concerned about function than originality. So, I'm looking for something that matches spec wise and will fit the chassis. Any suggestions?

People have had good luck with certain transformer rebuilders, there is a chance you could have your transformer rebuilt for about the same cost as a new one. Ill let someone with experience elaborate...
