Warped Turntable dust cover fix?

Hi there!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful new year!

I recently bought a technics 1200 dustcover great shape, but it wasn't till I installed that noticed it was warped... I was thinking to put it on a large piece of glass (large enough to fit the whole dust cover) and and put it inside the oven on the Lowest setting and check every 3 to 5 minutes for changes, I'm not expecting to make it perfect but at least make it look decent. Any suggestions? Before I messed up lol. Thank you in advance!

a picture to see where and how bad it's warped? I'm looking at the one I'm using and can't see where it could be so.
vinylengine might have the answer.

is it not hooked into the left hinge? Check at vinylengine.com. was thinking of a heat gun while it's weighed down. Oven is even heat, though. Could do a test run on something similar.

I tried everything with the goal of making it look even on both sides, I also have a heat gun I could use to see if I can remove that warp.

I'd ask dust cover sellers and vinyl businesses. Looks good. Could make it worse. Might sell it as is and use the $ to get another one.

Just checking the obvious but you made sure it's warped OFF the deck right?

I will check with a dust cover Co. that I bought before, I would like to give it a shot, worst case scenario I just buy a replacement (not original)

@cubby01 yes I did, the warp is less but you still can see it.
