Saturday I went Garage Sale'ing with my son. Haven't really been able to go since the early spring. It being a fall day there were a few good sales and we came home with an assortment of trinkets. Until we were almost to the house, our neighbors in the next block over had put up signs while were gone, so of course we stopped and this is what I found.
A SONY 5.1 Home Theater Stereo Receiver STR-DE575, vintage 2000. It has an FTC 100 WPC on the main speakers, typical HTR "100 Watts" on the Center & Rear Channels. Using it as purely stereo here with a surplus LG DVD player as transport & Pioneer BS-21 speakers it sounds pretty nice.
Don't know what I will do with it, but I couldn't pass on it.
