Weller wtcpt not turning on (no light)

Hey guys, how are you?
I got a Weller Wtcpt and it is not turning on or heating up. When plugged into the power source it does not do anything at all but it's been years since i used it.
I am not an expert, could it be related to a bad-fuse problem? What are your thoughts?. Can you show me how to replace the fuse?
