i just acquired a nice pair of Wharfedale W70's. They need oil badly. Anybody know the original recipe that Wharfedale used on these. These are the The Radio People versions if that makes a difference. Walnut. Have been in original boxes probably for decades.

Maybe someone has the care instructions that may have come with these originally? I have my own processes for oiling but would like to know what they did originally if possible.

I know a few people who have been using Watco Danish oil on vintage walnut veneers, Wharfedale and otherwise. That may end up being your best bet, but I'll see what else I can find out.
