Depends on your musical tastes. The Lintons are more mellow than the others, more of a vintage tube-oriented sound with restricted power-handling. If they were Super Lintons, which have the purple fried-egg tweeter, they would be my choice. I still have the tweeters from my pair.

The KEF C45 has an okay sound, but the KEF C series were the more moderately-priced KEF line, with the possible exceptions of the C80 and C55. I think the Tannoys would have the nicest mids and highs of any of them. There is nothing wrong with the Mission 701's, but they don't quite measure up the 632's, in my opinion at least.

I have heard all the models mentioned, and I would take the Tannoys.
however, as Sealy mentioned, personal taste is the most important factor when choosing speakers.

Best speakers for the money? In my mind, the Genesis line of speakers. I had the Genesis 20's. Superb speakers. Right now I have a pair of Genesis V6, which are the smallest of the Genesis line. 6.5 in. woofer and the vaunted Genesis large magnet inverted dome mid/tweeter. One of the best stand mounts I've ever heard. Great bass response, fantastic mids/highs and able to take lots of power. The better the amplification, the better they'll sound. I let the 20's go, but I'll not let these go.
