Can someone tell me if there are any significant differences between the W60D and the W60D Mark II's? Also I've read that W60D's can have the fried egg purple tweeters or the soft dome tweeters......which would be preferred?
Anything to look for/check as far as drivers....as I understand it, these Wharfedales do not have foam surrounds, so refoaming is not an issue.
I believe the W60D's had cloth surrounds.....with the Mrk II's being inverted?
Any preferences there--one better than the other...the 60D's or the 60D Mark II's? ? Could cloth surrounds need resealed?
As I understand it....these speakers do not need much power, and you can easily fry them with too much power. Is there danger of doing that if I run them with a Sony V-5 (85 wpc)...at lower/moderate levels?
