G'day all, well it's probably a good thing that I've been somewhat busy this morning and haven't noticed what a horrible day it is too much!

It's nearly 12 midday and it's coolish, horribly overcast, windy, and light rain falling. It's a horrible day! Yuk, double yuk! Regards, Felix aka catman.

Yesterday the high temp was 87F at about 5:30PM. Today at 5:30PM it was 29F. Freezing rain/snow forecast overnight.

What was your complaint?:D

G'day mate, give me sunshine any day! One can't help looking out the window every now and then! I think I'll go and have lunch now! Regards, Felix aka catman.

G'day all, on the cats, none of our own now but three from next door mostly live (and eat) here now. :D

Actually I have been quite busy today as Wednesday is my day for voice over recording work for our National Amateur Radio weekly news service (the Australian version of the ARRL's 'Newsline'), and I had a lot to record this morning.

Then I did a bit of work on an audio project I'm building, and also had a Ham Radio friend over for a while. So it's been a fairly busy morning and when I took a break I realised how horrible the weather is today. :D Regards, Felix aka catman.

I know how you feel Catman. But after a couple of days of heavy, dark grey overcast and some drizzle (and tons of mold!), the sun broke out and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon here in Austin, Tx. It felt so good to feel the sun and not have a sinus headache that I got in gear and went to our fresh water (no chlorine) pool.

I hope you enjoy better days soon!

Sounds about like where I'm at today. Right at 80 at noon. Threat of tornados and large hail all day. Mix of snow and sleet right now. I'm sure my tulips and roses are totally confused.

G'day all, and I just realised with this very dull/overcast day today I won't be getting much electrical output out of my solar panels and my batteries won't charge much today.

Come on sun, please come out! Regards, Felix aka catman.

I don't like posts complaining about other posts complaining about complaining.:smoke:

At least the plants are green, it's grey over grey here still. Hard freeze of 19°F last night wiped out the blossoms on the fruit trees, not sure how many people had started gardens yet this year.
