What are these speakers?

What are these speakers and are they worth saving? The front grills have a badge on them that read: db20. The back of them have a stamp on them that read: Original Equipment Manufacturers.

They have several points that suggest a decent level of quality, i would definitely save them.

It appears the brand name is "OEM" which is pretty clever but I've never heard of them before. The tweeter is either from CTS or a clone and the woofer might be as well. If the price were nominal and the tweeters work, then maybe $ 20 for the pair would b reasonable as you'd need to refoam the woofers. Once repaired they should make decent garage or den speakers but I wouldn't expect high fidelity sound.

Old api 80's offshoot mabye???? I think it was called *db plus* and sold at the brick or some furniture store????

I went back to the thrift store and bought 'em today. They cost a whopping seven and a half bucks. I'll open them up and take photos of the insides when I get a chance.
