LTRN - Billy Gibbons And The BFG's ~ Perfectamundo

Billy Gibbons is a living guitar legend... Genius even.. and still all the while a grounded good ol' boy at heart..

Headed to the LRS.
Walking a mile through the snow and cold, uphill both ways with no shoes
and waiting at the Hwy 50 crosswalk knowing the whole "pandemic" scam is over judging by the traffic on the highway here
Sure to be at least one good record :D
More to report later.. :dunno::rockon::)

Bob Dylan - Self Portrait on open reel tape (prerecorded)

Nice!! Is this the album with Jokerman? One of my fave Dylan's.

Edit: We got to talking today before the Big Game tonight..
And I tossed out the crazy idea I kind of prefer Gordon Lightfoot as a folk singer-songwriter than i do Bob Dylan, with no disrespect to Bob of course.
Gordon Lightfoot was really good..
When my last guitar teacher asked me "what style you want to play?".
My answer will always be "Gordon Lightfoot. Stephen Stills, Jorma Kaukenin and Tom Petty with a good dose of Michael Schenker, Tony Iommi, Jimi and Billy Gibbons thrown in for the hard parts
Which are so good that will still be played 500 years from now just like Brahm's, Chopin and Beethoven" ;)
As far as I know, Beethoven was never recorded on a wax cylinder and his music is lost forever :rflmao:

The Flaming Lips • Finally The Punk Rockers Are Taking Acid
Spinning the first disc

3 discs / Their 1st three albums plus The Flaming Lips EP

Found it Sunday for only $5. I haven’t looked it up on eBay or Discogs but I thought $5 seemed awfully cheap. Guess I should go look it up.

'Second Coming' by Shotgun Messiah. Now this more my style. This kicks ass! Sweden Rock Magazine has named Shotgun Messiah #38 on their "The Best Rock Bands Of Sweden Ever" list.
I believe it! :righton:

Shotgun Messiah was a Swedish glam metal band, originally from Skövde, Sweden; they crossed over to industrial rock music during the early 1990s.
In 2012, Zinny J. Zan and Stixx reunited as Shotgun to celebrate Shotgun Messiah's legacy and released a live album from that tour in May 2016.
