Happy Friday afternoon from the bottom of page 66133. Finally getting around to logging in and catching up again. Its been a couple of busy days since I got back from the trailer this past Wednesday.I tried posting to this site this past Saturday after arriving from the trailer letting you al know that I made it safely and that my gf would arrive later on so I listened to this

Not as easy at my age
Looks great Zoot!!1st time making jambalaya tonight. Chicken, shrimp and spicy chorizo sausage. Turned out pretty good. Probably should have been a touch drier but not too far off. Hopefully the pic passes some of those cajun folks approval on the thread.
