That's a great run of Dire Straits there Quincy! Where'd you get your hands on those Japanese issues and how do they sound?!?!

Just from Amzn. Canada , I always watch them and grab them when they’re on for a good price. I find they sound real good, apparently it comes from the different kind of polymer or something used in the disc. However I’m sure opinions do vary.

I did not know that , some really good vocals overall. As I listen through the catalog I recognize so many songs ,at least one I always thought was a Super Tramp tune.

They’re somewhat similar I’d say. Most APP tunes are sung by his partner. Not a bad voice. APP is 99% above the musicianship and production IMO

A surprise listen for sure. Big departure from his previous works, going classical and folk. I like it!
