Wow , thats a vary nice piece of equipment you have.

My brother used to work at Pick Wick metals , he ran a laser table there , I used to stop by and watch it , it cut pieces up to I believe 3/8 in steel and had a 5' x 12' table , it was cool to watch , smooth precise edges on the pieces , it was fast , thats been maybe 30 years ago , crazy to see close to the same thing in such a small package.

I was surprised at how "automatic" the software is. You can tell it what the material is/size and it will set the basic parameters for you. It doesn't care how you place the part in it...it measures and adjusts the file to fit the part! It is pretty amazing to tell you the truth.
The Mrs. asked for it to do her crafting stuff....but I am learning a bunch about it.

After watching the video there are so many possibilities , your Mrs may loose you to the garage :rflmao:

It's far beyond what I had imagined it was capable of, in some cases it can be a 3D carver vs printer , seems like it could out produce a 3D printer , vary cool machine :thumbsup:

I am figuring someone here may be "making" boxes for their gear that need ID markings....maybe a cool design on the lid....holes in the right spot....and I can help. Again I may be easy but I aint cheap!! :rflmao: :rflmao: :rflmao:
